In My Secret Hideaway

In my high school creative writing class, our brilliant instructor Charles Rockey had us take a poem written by one of the students, Patricia Newman, and create our own variations. In 1979, I arranged seven of those poems as musical variations for flute and spoken voice.  The poetry copyright is owned by the respective authors.
