Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano

Karen has always loved Claude Bolling's Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano Trio, first performed in 1975. In 2003, she gathered some student musicians at Westfield State College and put together a live performance. They were unable to procure a bass flute, so one of the movements (the sixth, Versatile) was omitted.

Karen (naturally) played the piano. The other musicians were Paul Sawyer on flute, Steve Wrzyzniak on bass and John Usten on drums.
